He serves as Chairman of Alive Housing Ltd. and Chairman of Alive Property Solutions, while also holding leadership positions across several organizations, including Alive Healthcare Ltd., Care Helth Ltd., AI-Kamy Hospital Ltd., Green Land Properties Pvt., Green Land Foundation,Remedial Systems Ltd., Invicta Medical Service, and United Corporation.Through his leadership, Alive Housing brings together the strength of an established business group with a clear vision for responsible real estate development. Md. Tanjir Ahmed is a seasoned real estate professional with over 16 years of extensive experience in Sales and Business Development in Bangladesh’s real estate industry.
He spent approximately 15 years with Asset Developments & Holdings Ltd., where he developed strong expertise in real estate sales, customer relationship management, business development, project positioning and market engagement. His long tenure with the organization provided him with extensive practical knowledge of the property market and a deep understanding of customer expectations and investment considerations.
He subsequently served for one year with Shanta Holdings, further strengthening his experience in professional real estate sales, premium project positioning, structured client management and market development.
With more than 16 years of hands-on industry experience, Mr. Tanjir Ahmed brings to Alive Housing Ltd. a strong combination of sales leadership, market knowledge, professional relationships and customer-focused business practices.
As Managing Director, he is committed to building Alive Housing Ltd. as a professionally managed real estate company focused on quality development, transparency, customer satisfaction and long-term value creation.

Message from the Deputy Managing Director
Nasir Uddin is a seasoned real estate professional and business leader with over 16 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, strategic planning, and organizational leadership in Bangladesh.
He began his professional journey in 2010 with Building Technology & Ideas Ltd. (bti), one of Bangladesh’s established real estate companies, starting as a Junior Executive in Sales. This early experience provided him with a strong foundation in real estate sales, customer relationship management, property marketing, and an understanding of the evolving dynamics of the Bangladesh real estate market.
A significant chapter of his professional journey was his tenure with Asset Development, where he spent nearly four years in real estate sales. This period played a pivotal role in developing his expertise in sales strategy, project marketing, customer engagement, business development, and market positioning, establishing a strong foundation for his continued growth in the real estate industry.
Throughout his career, Nasir Uddin has held sales and leadership positions with reputed organizations including Golden Harvest, Ventura, and Sajeeb Group, progressively taking on greater responsibilities across sales operations, team leadership, business development, and revenue growth. At Sajeeb Group’s real estate concern, he served as Head of Sales, leading the sales function and contributing to the organization’s business growth.
He later served as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Silverstone Development, where he led the sales function at a senior strategic level. His responsibilities included sales planning, project positioning, market strategy, team leadership, client engagement, and revenue growth.
Currently serving as Deputy Managing Director of ALIVE HOUSING LTD., Nasir Uddin brings together more than 16 years of practical industry experience, combining deep market knowledge, sales leadership, customer-focused strategy, and business development expertise.
